Mantra for the morning

Though it’s been long decreed that chanting the Gayatri mantra has definite therapeutic value, only now has the contention acquired scientific teeth. For starters, play your Favourite mantra in the background while you and your family get ready to face the day. Otherwise, you can try learning it: the mantra is short, easy and not too time consuming. It was traditionally chanted thrice in the early hours of the morning and the evening. But depending on your religious persuasion any chant or reading related to your personal beliefs helps.
