Double Chin - What should I do

You need to do facial exercises to improve and strengthen muscle tone. You will find great improvement if you do the following chin exercises 3 times a day:

1. Sit straight on a chair facing a mirror.
2. Look up at the ceiling and try to stretch your neck up.
3. While still in the upward position, turn your head to right side and look over your right shoulder and then to your left shoulder.
You should also massage your neck and chin with upward and outward movements every day.

Have a weekly facial, if possible, for overall improvement in your face.
