Set your alarm clock for 30 minutes earlier than usual, and wake up thinking positively.
; You can’t change the past, so silence the voice in your head that’s reminding you of how much you are over the weekend. Instead, think of the glass as being half full: this week, you’ll exercise and eat right, not just to lose weight but also to improve productivity, creativity, energy and mood. Choose a can-do mantra that    inspires you. Mine is: Though I can’t go back and make a brand-new start, I can and will start from now and make a brand-new ending.
