PHOBIA IT’S CUREABLE
What are the causes of a phobia?
Though the exact causes are not fully understood, there is evidence to show that both body and mind play imporÂtant roles in panic attacks. High blood levels of adrenalin and other stress hormones have been recorded in peoÂple who suffer from panic disorders and some researchers believe that sudden release of such hormones could be what triggers a panic attack. According to some psychiatrists, the improper functioning of the autonomic nervous system which regulates blood supply could be to blame for the fainting spells, dizziness, palpitations and feelings of anxiety which are the characteristics of panic attacks.
