Optimize your weight:
Your first priority in summer should be to quickly get off any extra kilos you may have put on in the last few months. The focus is optimizing weight, not crash diets.

MAKE ONE DIET CHANGE AT A TIME:-
This may be tuned to your particular needs - for instance, if sugar is a problem, make breakfast a savory meal in April; May could be a do-good-to-my-heart month, and so on.

GOOD HEALTH TIPS:-
April: Eat a good breakfast. It regulates you metabolism and you’re likely to end up eating fewer calories the rest of the day.
May: Once a week for dinner, have a clean soup and a platter of boiled vegetable topped with two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese (a low-fat cheese slice will work well) and two tablespoons of chopped almonds/walnuts. (Or a large plate of mixed fruits and yoghurt.)
June: Give up egg yolks; have only e whites spruced up with besan and vegg of your choice.

SEE WHAT YOU EAT:-
Eat the low-calorie items on your p first. Start with the salads, vegetables soups; eat the meats and starches last, the time you get to them, you’re con with smaller portions.
