MENU OF THE WEEK
DAY 1ST.
Breakfast; low-fat yoghurt mixed with some strawberries or apples (1 big bowl) and some pieces of dhokla - 5 points
Lunch: 2 oat bran rotis + cauliflower sabzi + lobhia + lots of green salad = 3 points
Evening: 1 apple + herbal tea = 1 point
Dinner: 2 katoris of brown rice + 2 bowls of moong sprout salad + peas-mushroom curry = 5 points Total = 14 points
DAY 2ND.
Breakfast: 1 bowl of porridge and skimmed milk with minimal sugar + 2-egg-whiteomelet=4points Lunch: 2 wheat bran rotis + cabbage sabzi + skimmed milk curd = 3 points Evening: whole wheat-bread sandwich of cottage cheese + herbal tea=3points
Dinner: 1 medium portion of white fish (sole, pomfret, snapper), stir-fried in a little olive oil with one red chilli, parsley and one crushed clove of garlic with a leafy vegetable salad = 4 points Total = 14 points
