Quick tips on eye liners and eyebrows:

Use a pencil liner (it doesn’t need as steady a hand as liq¬uid) to apply colour in small dashes close to the lash line. Con¬nect the dots. Set colour by going back over it. To return to fuller, more defined eyebrows, pick up a brow pencil and say no to threading. Start in the centre; your brow and make short outward strokes with a pencil or powder that’s slightly darker than your natural colour. Brush on a gel to tame.
