Even smaller towns like Ahmedabad are seeing in botoxed beauties. The marriage sea-sons in particular, see a rise in demand.

In India, it unusually lack of social acceptance for people seen
to be pursuing such “frivolity” means that though people are more willing to experiment no one wants to talk about it. Even in the more permissive West where everyone from Celine Dion to Madonna and Sylvester Stallone are rumored to have got a shot, few come out in the open.

There are many problem-solving beauty techniques that get most easily accepted.
