LOOKING GOOD AND BEING HEALTHY
LOOKING GOOD AND BEING HEALTHY
Warm up:
Warming up and stretching yourself with simple exercises is an absolute must before you embark on your exercise. This increases blood circulation in muscles, making them pliable and less prone to injury.
Make it fun:
Try to choose an activity which interests you at least moderately. If you are essentially a sports person, then walking may appear too slow and unexciting. If you opt for walking, chances are you will be battling with the demon of boredom every day.
Perhaps badminton, squash, table tennis or a jog would be more appropriate for you. To play, a sport you can become a member of a club, be the guest of another member or if you are ready enterprising, get your colony people to contribute and set up your own table or play area.
Mix it up:
An anaerobic exercise like squash, badminton or tennis can be combined with an aerobic exercise like cycling, swimming, walking or jogging. If you are a member of a gym, you could combine the stair climber with the bike and the treadmill.
Today, with traditional dress patterns undergoing a drastic change, you have mother-daughter duos sharing the same wardrobe. And this doesn’t necessarily mean a common collection of just saris and salwar-kurtas, but of T-shirts, skirts, trousers, scarves, accessories and even shorts as well. Indeed, women in their 30s and 40s too are getting trendier and more experimental with their dress.
