DANCE BREAK
Boosting mood, burning calories, blowing off steam

It’s party time - you’re nearly there! Put on your favourite dance music and cut loose for the next several minutes. Go on - let your hair down and have some fun! Not only will you burn calories, but you’ll release any stress that could be causing you to overeat. Dance through one song; if you’re moti¬vated -go on, dance on for two! Then drink more water.
BRIDGE
Abdomen, buttocks, thighs. REPEAT 12, TIME 2 minutes
Lie on your back, feet flat on the floor, knees bent, hands by sides (A). If there’s tension in your neck, tuck a towel under your head. Inhale; raise your bottom and lower back off the floor as you exhale. Hold for one count (B). Slowly release, but don’t let your bottom touch the floor until you do 12 repeats. Focus on squeezing your buttock muscles at the “peak”.
