We must remember clearly and distinctly that all true healing medical knowledge springs from the heart of Burdurya Probassa Buddha, the Medicine King Buddha, and is not to be disparaged. But we must be sure before this is applied that it is truly a healing system and not something which has been created out of the fog and mist and floating gossamer of their own imagination. Allopathic medicine is a true system. Tai Chi is that. Shiatsu is that. Chiropractic is that. They are legitimate methodologies of healing. But there are many things that have been created out of mist and floating gossamer and falling feathers that are not that. So you must be careful to know which that is, and which is not that.
And this is what I wanted to say in this area.
In the other area, the individuals practicing must be stable individuals. What I mean to say very clearly without dissimulation is they cannot have their home constantly aroused, husband and wife fighting, or in the case of some people, wife and wife fighting or husband and husband fighting, or children fighting, or bills not being paid, and disruption in the household that unsettles the mind of the practitioner.
